Riviera Blanc 10" Chef's Knife

Chef’s knife with a 10'' blade made with NITRUM® stainless steel. This material allows us to increase the knife’s strength without causing harm to the environment.

The polyoxymethylene (POM) handle has incorporated Bactiproof Silver technology. This system is especially effective for reducing the presence of bacteria and germs on the surface of the knife handle, thanks to the silver-based composition, which gives our knives complete bacteriostatic protection.

This series has managed to stand out thanks to the white handle and the French design with a rounded ferrule. In addition, this knife also has a bolster to protect you from possible cuts.

Its stainless steel rivets provide high resistance to corrosion, and therefore, a better grip.
