9'' NITRUM® Stainless Steel blade of extraordinary quality and cutting power, the blade and tang are made in one piece, giving the whole an extraordinary robustness.

This knife is made of complete steel and visibly runs along the entire handle, top and bottom.

The handle is manufactured by direct injection on the steel with Polypropylene (PP).

This handle is machined and polished by hand, resulting in an ergonomic assembly with minimalist and relaxed lines.

It does not contain rivets, the visible complete inner tang that holds its base stands out.

Its decorative rear ferrule stands out, giving it personality and which has been assembled in the injection process, making it a solid set.
