RETURN POLICY

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has a period of fourteen (14) natural days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal (as long as the item does not show signs of use and has its original packaging) without giving a reason, according to Article 97 RDL1/2007. In this case, the refund of your order is complete. To exercise your right to withdraw, you can use our form or contact us through any of the means we provide below.

Returning an Item

The items offered in our online store are backed by comprehensive quality analysis. Providing the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your order upon receipt, you have a period of fourteen (14) natural days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise the right to return. After this period, if the item has any manufacturing defects, you should use the warranty. To return the item, it must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and with the manuals, accessories, or promotional gifts included, if any. If any item or reference is missing, it will be deducted from the refund amount. For example, for some of the promotional gifts we offer, such as the neoprene apron, please note that the real value of this product isf 20 euros.

The return of the amount paid for the purchase of the products will not exceed 14 natural days from when the return is received at our facilities.

How to return an item?

To return the item, you must fill out the return form available on this page below, at this link, or you can also find it in the left menu within your customer account. Returns are made through Postal Service.

Once all the information has been filled out, you must prepare the package to be returned, you can use the same packaging you received if it is in good condition. Remember to include the delivery note or invoice of the order, indicating the references (all or some) to be returned, as this will make the return process much easier. Within a period of no more than 24 business hours from when you filled out the form, our team will provide you with the return label in PDF format by email, which you must print and attach to the already prepared package you want to return.

To return your order, you must go to any post office in your area from Monday to Friday during the opening hours of your post office. If you have any problems bringing the package to the post office, you can provide us with an address where you know that there will be someone available throughout the day so that the agency can pick it up and avoid any incidents.

When we receive the return and verify that everything is correct, we will return the money by the same payment method you used within a period of no more than 14 natural days. However, depending on the payment method selected during the purchase, the refund may take up to another 5 days to process. If you paid for the standard shipping fees, we will reimburse you if you return all items from your order.

The return shipping fees will not be free in any case. This amount will be deducted from the total refund amount. For returns, the cost is 5.95 euros.
