Details

The kitchen set from the Riviera series contains four pieces: 100 mm blade paring knife, 150 mm chef's knife, Riviera bread knife with 200 mm blade, and the 200 mm single blade chef's knife.

The four knives are organised in a beech wood drawer block to keep your knives protected.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE RIVIERA SERIES KITCHEN SET KNIVES

Blade made of forged Nitrum® stainless steel, whose material gives them great cutting power, wear resistance and prevents corrosion.
The handle is up to 99.9% protected against odours, microorganisms and bacteria thanks to the BactiProof Silver® antibacterial system.
The polyethylene (POM) handle is resistant to chemicals and high temperatures. In addition, it provides an elegant design.
They are made of stainless steel rivets for a good grip.
